Cooperative AgreementsThe CHP Technologies Program team can provide a broad spectrum of services ranging from theoretical analyses and evaluations through experimental testing and evaluation, and project management in many areas. Our team members, whose professional backgrounds include chemical, civil, electrical and mechanical, engineering, and a variety of science and administration degrees, are more than willing to provide creative solutions to your problems. We will be glad to provide our services to federal and non-federal entities. We have two contracting mechanisms available for working with non-federaI entities: User Agreements and CRADAs.
