Renewable Energy Systems

The Cooling, Heating and Power (CHP) Technologies Program team, within the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Oak Ridge, TN, works with industry, academia and governmental entities in developing renewable energy systems.

Because the nation’s demand for power is at an all time high, the challenges of those future needs must be addressed today. The CHP team has a deep and varied set of expertise, including chemical engineering, civil engineering and mechanical engineering. In addition, CHP has access to the most sophisticated technology in the world, thus enabling us to conduct some of the most complex tests in our goal to provide efficient renewable energy.

To learn more about the role we play in providing renewable energy systems or to learn more about other initiatives of CHP, please contact us.
